Summary, etc. This study utilized the quantitative approach of research that is descriptive in nature on the extent of implementation of the fire safety program in Pasay City dubbed as OPLAN IWAS SUNOG. The researcher considered the BFP personnel, the Barangay Captains, and the Community Residents as respondents of this study. The questionnaire was extracted from he OPLAN IWAS SUNOG guidelines handed down by the National Headquarters and was validated by five (5) BFP personnel from the NHQ and 4 residents who were not part of the study. In analyzing and evaluating the data to be obtained from the survey. 1) percentage distribution method, 2) weighted mean, and 3) reference to a verbal interpretation scale, and the five-point scale was used for data analysis. This study aimed to assess the extent of implementation of the fire safety program in Pasay City dubbed as OPLAN IWAS SUNOG as a platform for a Community-Based Fire Safety Program. Results revealed that was LOW IMPLEMENTATION of all of the activities embedded in the Oplan Iwas Sunog in Pasay City. Relative to the problems encountered in the implementation of OPLAN IWAS SUNOG in Pasay City, the main problem mentioned by the respondents was there is no funding allocation for the advertisement on TV and radio for the fire safety guidelines and the fire truck of Pasay City does not have a built-in public address system. Several strategies can be proposed to improve the implementation of OPLAN IWAS SUNOG on the City of Pasay to cover the 10 areas of this study.
