Summary, etc. Services at the library are constantly changing to meet a community's needs, and provide essential access to resources and information. The e-government services of public libraries are utilized to bridge the digital divide in the community. However, libraries experience challenges in providing these e-government services, many of which are caused by a lack of support and ICT infrastructure. The researcher employed the mixed-method research approach. The findings show that public libraries utilize desktops, printers with scanners, and internet routers to aid e-government services. Most of the respondents have advanced skills in ICT utilization. Regarding the extent of ICT utilization, respondents always use ICT equipment (computer and printer) to process and print outputs in -government transactions. The findings developed four themes among challenges: Organizational, sociocultural, technical, and skills challenges. Most public librarians have advanced skills in ICT proficiency; however, they require continuous learning on ICT utilization and e-government education to keep pace with technology's transformation to meet community needs. The proposed Three-Year Development plan will guide public librarians to address the challenges identified in this study. The study suggests surveying user perceptions, which could highlight user experience in e-government services.
