Summary, etc. This study aimed to assess the utilization of Bago Tribe Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Practices (IKSP) on existing dances, songs, and musical instruments in the MAPE curriculum in the School Location Specifically, it sought answers to the following: extent of utilization of the Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Practices in the dances, songs and musical instruments in the MAPE Curriculum; identify the capabilities and constraints on the extent of utilization of Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Practices (IKSP) to improve MAPE Curriculum; and crafting of an indigenised instructional material to enhance the MAPE curriculum of the Bago Tribe Schools. It made use of qualitative ethnographic research using litrary research, focused group discussion and participatory observation. There were thirty five (35) total respondents of this study composed of fifteen (15) teachers of Bago School of Living Traditions and Cultural Heritage, ten (10) teachers of the Ilocos Sur Special High School for the Culture and the Arts and ten (10) teachers of La Union Special School for Culture and the Arts teaching the MAPE Curriculum in School Year 2014-2015. From the data gathered, the extent of utilization of the Bago Tribe Indigenous Knowledge Skills and Practices along the dances, songs and musical instruments was found to be high. While there are existing dance rituals, songs and musical instruments used in the MAPE curriculum of the Bago Tribe Schools. There are no documentation about them. The researcher crafted on indigenized curriculum for MAPE for Bago Tribe Schools which was found to be valid. Based on the findings of the study, conclusions were drawn that the Bago Tribe's IKSP specifically along birth, courtship, wedding, deaths<br/>and thanksgiving are very well integrated in the dance rituals, songs, and musical instruments and highly utilized by teachers in the Bago Tribe Schools.
