This study identified the determinants of the competency acquisition and development of the Tourism Education graduates of the Divine Word College of Laoag (DWCL). The descriptive correlational research design was used. Involved in the study were 47 Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) AND 119 Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) graduates of School Years 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 of the Divine Word College of Laoag. |
