Summary, etc. This study was conducted to determine the physical fitness of the student athletes of BCS in terms of health-related components and skills-related components; the sports talents based on their physical fitness; and the significant relationship between the physical fitness and the sports talent of the student athletes of BCS. A training kit was proposed to maintain and/or improve the physical fitness and sports talent of the student-athletes. This study used the descriptive- developmental method. The instrument used was a template prescribed by the Department of Education. Frequency, percentages and Spearman rho Correlation was the stastical tools used in the study.
