Summary, etc. This study was conducted to assess the 21st century skills of SPED teachers in the City Schools Division of Pangasinan through the use of NCBTS and 4Cs of 21st Century Skills of SPED teachers. The respondents were SPED teachers and administrators for the school year 2017-2018 from the major cities of Pangasinan specifically Alaminos, Dagupan, Urdaneta and San Carlos. The total number of respondents that participated in this study was 84 respondents. Survey questionnaire was used to determine difference of 4Cs of 21st century skills of SPED teachers based from the NCBTS-TSNA and 4Cs of 21st century skills.
