Summary, etc. This study determined the management of the effects of hysterectomy among clients on their body system in the City of San Fernando La Union. The respondents consisted of the total enumeration of 87 post hysterectomy clients who are residents of the City of San Fernando. The descriptive research design was utilized in this study. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather data. Frequency count and percentage were used to determine the dominant effects of hysterectomy experienced by the clients and the dominant measures utilized to manage the effects of hysterectomy on body systems. Those effects with fifty percent (50%) or more responses were considered dominant. In like manner, those management measures with fifty percent (50%) or more were considered utilized.
