This study assessed the extent of implementation of National Greening Program (NGP) in the FIrst District of La Union as basis in crafting a three (3)-year strategic Plan. Specifically, it looked into the extent of implementation of NGP along survey, mapping and planning, nursery operation and seedling production, plantation establishment, maintenance and protection, and program management and supervision; its strengths and weaknesses; and problems encountered in the implementation of the NGP. |
