Summary, etc. The study determined and evaluated the status of faculty members regarding their compliance to CHED Memorandum Orders as to qualifications, and faculty development along instruction, research and extension as bases in the crafting of a Faculty Development Program (FDP) for them. The study utilized the Research and Development (R & D) model, using survey questionnaire to gather data. Involved in the study were 110 faculty members, 14 administrators of Data Center College of the Philippines (DCCP) and eight experts. Frequency count, percentage, arithmetic mean, rank and weighted mean were used to analyze and interpret the data. The following were the salient findings of the study: The faculty members of DCCP are in their early adulthood, majority are part-time; almost one half are teaching General Education subjects; almost one third has 18 to 24 units of teaching load; and majority of them has one to four preparations. Further, majority of the faculty members were not able to attend seminars/workshops/symposia/conferences related to instruction while most of them have not participated in professional development activities related to research and extension, respectively, and majority of them have one to five years of teaching experience. As regards to the status of the faculty members' compliance to CHED Memorandum Orders (CMO) all of the faculty of the Bachelor of Elementary Education program are holders of Certificate of Registration and Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT. However, majority of them are not compliant to the educational requirement as per CMO No. 74 series of 2017 which is a holder of a master's degree in education or in allied fields. For the faculty members of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), some of the faculty are compliant to the provision of CMO No. 17 series of 2017 that the faculty handling professional courses should have a Master's degree in Business Administration/Management or a Master's degree in any field with business or corporate experience. In addition, very few are compliant to the requirement of having a minimum of three (3) years' work experience that is directly relevant to the course being taught and a Bachelor's degree. However, the faculty members teaching Accounting and Taxation subjects are compliant to the CHED Memorandum. As regards the faculty members of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, they are not compliant to the requirements of CMO No. 19 series of 2017. For the faculty of the Bachelor of Science in Criminology, most of them are educationally qualified, almost all of them have a professional license, majority meets the requirement of three years of practice in the field while almost one half are compliant to the provision that faculty members in technical fields of Forensics such as Questioned Documents, Forensic Ballistics, Forensic Photography and Personal Identification shall have at least two years experience and or related trainings in such fields. Further, the faculty members of the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) Program are compliant to the educational requirement of CMO No. 25 series of 2015. However, almost one half does not have experience related to computing work (e.g. programmer, web developer, etc., database administration, apps developer, etc.) or consultancy or computing research. Nobody among the faculty has an International Information Technology Certificate. Moreover, most of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management faculty do not meet the minimum educational qualification which is a master's degree. However, majority of them have passed a National Certificate (NC) the most is Food and Beverage Services (FBS) NC II while a considerable proportion are passers of more than one National Certificate. Almost all of the faculty members except one are compliant to the required one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry based on CMO No. 62 series of 2017. Lastly, faculty members teaching General Education subjects are not compliant to the educational attainment requirement which is a graduate of a master's degree. Generally, the faculty members are not compliant to CHED Memorandum Orders in terms of their development along instruction, research, and extension. Both the faculty members and the administrators encountered challenges at the institutional and individual faculty members' levels relative to their compliance to the CMOs along faculty qualifications and faculty development along instruction, research and extension. The validators evaluated the Faculty Development Program as excellent. Thus, it is very acceptable for implementation. The study concluded that there is a need to formulate a Faculty Development Program for the Data Center College of the Philippines, a program that promotes the faculty members' compliance to CHED Memorandum Orders in terms of their qualifications and faculty development along instruction, research and extension. In view of the findings and conclusions drawn, the following are recommended. First, the DCCP administrators to consider the adoption of the FDP; look into the the establishment of a Manpower Development Unit under the Human Resources Department; to revisit the Faculty and Staff<br/>Manual; to spearhead the formulation of a Research and Extension Manual; conduct an evaluation study to determine the effectiveness of the strategies provided in this Faculty Development Program; to mobilize the senior faculty in the preparation of project proposals for research and extension; to advise the Human Resource Department of DCCP through the Manpower Development Unit to initiate and require the faculty and staff to develop and submit their Individual Career Development Plan; and to strive to look for scholarships for graduate studies and trainings from government agencies such as Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), etc. as well as private organizations providing scholarships and grants for the faculty members. Second, the senior faculty members to mentor and coach the other faculty members regarding the different processes in instruction, research and extension. Lastly, the researcher to present to the DCCP administrators the Faculty Development Program.
