Summary, etc. Admission services of all educational institutions have been considered as fra liners that cater to students during enrolment period. However, different have been circling the services. This paper assessed the flocos Sur Polytechnic State College's (ISPSC) admission policies and procedures on as bases in formulating an intervention program. Descriptive-survey method employing the triangulation method through unstructured interview and with the aid of questionnaire was used to gather da weighted mean and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were used to determine the implementation level of the ISPSCs admixtion policies and procedures, the level of efficiency of the procedures of enrollment process, the level of adequacy of admission services process support services personnel; the level of efficiency of the admision services' staff: the degree of seriousness of problems encountered in the implementation of the enrollment process; the capabilities and constraints along the admixtion policies and procedures; and difference in the perception of the respondents and the admission services personnel on the implementation level of the existing admission policies and procedures; difference in the perception of the respondents as to the level of efficiency of the procedures of enrollment process; difference in the perception of the respondents us to the level of efficiency of the ISPSC's admission services suff The study found out that ISPSC's existing admission policies and procedures were highly implemented; procedures of enrollment process was not efficient had highly adequate admission services' enrollment process support personnel; admission services staff were highly efficient; the problems encountered in the implementation of enrollment process were highly serious; the admission services staff were capable on implementing the admission policies and procedures; the constraints of the admission services were on procedures of enrollment process.<br/>Keywords: ISPSC, admission services, enrollment process
