The study entitled, "Exodus of Teachers: The Phenomenology of Rapid Turnover in the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan Catholic Schools" was conducted to determine the factors that influence the teachers in leaving their previous schools.<br/><br/>The informants of this qualitative phenomenological research were 19 teachers who left their previous schools several years ago. They were chosen through non- probability sampling in which the subjects were selected because of their convenient accessibility and proximity to the researcher. There was no preset number of informants. Instead, data were gathered until saturation point was reached. Data were obtained through individual interview with the 10 informants. |
