Summary, etc. Malnutrition remains as a public health concern among learners despite efforts of the government to improve their nutritional status. School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) has been implemented to address malnutrition problems among learners As such this study sought to formulate an Enhanced Feeding Program in the public elementary schools of Agoo La Union.<br/><br/>This study utilized the descriptive method employing survey questionnaires<br/><br/>documentary analysis interviews and observations to determine the extent of<br/><br/>implementation of SBFP. Data were utilized using frequencies, percentages and mean<br/><br/>values<br/><br/>The result shows an indication of an improved nutritional status of beneficiaries which was attributed to the SBFP and parents follow-up on their children's food intake. Overall, the SBFP was very highly implemented indicating a high degree of compliance to the guidelines. An overall assessment of the SBFP implementation showed that the respondents did not have a problem at all despite challenges in the program implementation.
