This study was conducted to develop digital sories in teaching listening comprehension. It sought to describe the degree of necessity on preparing materials along listening comprehension as perceived by kindergarten teachers; identify the materials that can be prepared to develop the competencies in teaching the competencies along listening comprehension; determine the content validity of the digital stories in terms of lesson objectives, lesson inputs, lesson application, lesson enrichment; and technical aspect; and evaluate the level of acceptability of the validated material along its clarity, usefulness, language and style, illustrations, and suitability.
