The new structure should be matched with industrial development, facing the urgent needs of the present and considering the future development while the new system focuses on the organic combination of school education and social education in order to realize the classified development of colleges and universities. In this study, such level of quality training is dependent on affecting factors along curriculum, teachers' teachers' qualification and training, and facilities. and facilities. The gaps encountered in the implementation of quality training are disclosed as it becomes the basis of the creation of a proposed enhancement program for a Mechanical Engineering Training Program of Private Universities in Shandong, China.
