Specifically. the study sought to determine the level of readiness of the respondent schools in terms of the DepEd-prescribed preparations criteria along administration; faculty; and facilities, materials, and equipment. It utilized the descriptive normative design and qualitative approach with documentary analysis, and interview guide as research instruments. A total of 69 school administrators from the 69 public secondary schools permitted to offer Senior High effective SY 2016-2017 were the main respondents. The data gathered were treated with descriptive statistical tools.
