Descriptive statistics were employed to treat the data. This study was conducted at the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Libraries-South La Union Campus, Agoo, La Union during the second semester of School Year 2010-2011. The respondents of this study were 35 faculty members from the Colleges of Nursing, Computer Science and Agriculture and 303 students who were representative samples out of the total population of 1,258.
