The descriptive research design by means of a survey questionnaire was used. The respondents comprised of two hundred eighty six (286) PEERs who are employed with businesses/agencies situated in the City of Laoag and thirteen (13) employees of PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) Ilocos Norte.
