This descriptive study determined the disaster management capability og piblic secondary school teachers in City Schools Division of San Carlos for the school year 2017-2018 in ana effort to come up with a capability enhancement program. The respondents of the study were the sixty six (66) teachers from Mabalbalino NHS, Tamayo NHS and Salinap NHS who were selected utilizing a non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Aside from the teachers, the ten (10) school heads and the three hundred twenty eight (328) students were also included as respondents of the study since they were the ones to validate the responses of the teachers as to their extent of practice on disaster management.
