This study assessed the level of satisfaction of stakeholders on the service delivery of National Food Authority. Specifically, it looked into the level of satisfaction along registration and licensing, procurement of palay and/or corn, and distribution of rice; and the strengths and weaknesses on the stakeholders' level of satisfaction on the NFA services. The study used survey questionnaire crafted from the Citizens' Charter of the agency as an instrument to gather data. A total of 280 respondents participated in the La Union Provincial Office which included 249 licensees (188 non accredited and 61 accredited grains retailers), 8 farmers' organizations, 2 government agencies, and 21 frontline officers of the National Food Authority.
