Paul VI gives importance on the necessities of evangelizers. The Church is an evangelizer. It is the collaborative work and participation of all the baptized But as an evangelizer, Paul VI highlights the importance of the Church to constantly evangelize herself to retain freshness, vigor and strength in order to proclaim the Gospel so as to create an evangelizing community. A community that relates and witness the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
