This descriptive research aims to assess and analyze the level of awareness and attainment along with satisfaction with family and self-life, role overload, awareness towards Work-Life Balance, job satisfaction and flexible environment, and self-appreciation of work and to determine the if there is a significant relationship between the level of awareness and the level of attainment on the aspect of work-life balance and well-being in the identified areas. Out of the 252 identified respondents, only 240 teachers were able to participate in the study. The data were treated using mean, percentage, ranking, and correlation. The instrument was lifted from Quality of Work-Life Balance Among Teachers in Higher Education Institutions by Vandana Punia and Meenakshi Kamboj. The senior high school teachers were found to have a highly aware but moderately attained work-life balance and well-being. Furthermore, a significant relation was found between the level of awareness and attainment on the work-life balance and well-being aspect. Based on the result, Antolin's Work-Life Balance Divergent Theory was developed. The researcher recommended a validated Work-Life Balance Program for Senior High School Teachers in La Union Schools Division to serve as a guideline to improve their quality of personal and professional life.
