This study utilized the Multi-method research approach which analyzed the lived experiences of Hospitality and Tourism Management Programs of Saint Louis College, City of San Fernando, La Union on accreditation processes. The study included the administrators, Hospitality and Tourism Management Programs personnel, and students who were identified through purposive sampling. Data were collected utilizing face-face interviews and archival research.
Analysis of the gathered data revealed the experiences and actions of the College to continuous quality improvement that includes the organizational regard, synergy and collaboration, institutional quality validation, emotional ambivalence, and intermittent continuous improvement and faculty development and welfare, intensified instructional supervision, holistic and responsive curriculum planning and development, intensification of research culture, and upgrading of classroom and other physical facilities. The themes served as inputs in the development of the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Synergy Wheel Model and the proposed Accreditation Guidebook for Hospitality and Tourism Management Programs of Saint Louis College.
