Specifically, it determined the level of proficiency of Mathematics teachers along Content, such as: Descriptive Statistics, Inferential Statistics and Probability; and along Pedagogy, namely: Instructional Strategies, Assessment Strategies and Management Strategies; the strengths and weakness of the teachers along Content and Pedagogy; and the significant difference on the level of proficiency of the respondents.
