N2  - The study utilized the mixed method of research which includes quantitative research design with the use of survey questionnaire and qualitative research design through interview and document analysis. Survey questionnairesn were answered by the SDDRM team of large secondary schools in the different divisions of Pangasinan. Interviews and document analysis were facilitated to validate the result of the questionnaire.
