<br/><br/> The study determined the employees' perceptions on the effectiveness of and their level of satisfaction on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) of the City Government of Batac. The study used the descriptive correlational method of research using a survey questionnaire to gather data from the 238 employees of the City Government of Batac who had thier SPMS ratings from june 2015 to June 2017, which is equivalent to five semestral ratings.
