This study determined the status of financial incluation and literacy among employees of top corporations in Pangasinan which serve as input to policy recommendations. The descriptive research method was used, and data were gathered through the use of a questionnaire. Percentages, mean, averages, scaled scores, and correlation analysis were applied as statistical tools. The results show that (1) majority of respondents are females, aged 20s to mid 30s, married, at least college educated, and low income earners, (2) financial inclusion is low; and lowest on the following FPS: micro-insurance, micro-loan, e-money, treasury bills or bonds, unit investment trust fund, stocks or shares, and mutual fund, and in the Trade sector; (3) financial literacy is moderate; and lowest on the following: e-money. micro-insurance, micro-loan, investment vehicles, inflation, budget, understanding financial information, starting a new business, and negotiating a loan or mortgage, and in the Trade sector: (4) profile factors that affect financial inclusion and literacy are educational attainment, salary and income from other sources; (5) there were problems encountered in financial inclusion and literacy specifically on documentary requirements, expensive FPS, lack of one-stop government facility, limited financial education, and limited understanding of FPS; and (6) the policy recommendations address the concerns of financial inclusion and literacy ER -
