The descriptive - normative research design was utilized in this study with the use of a questionnaire from PAASCU; this was used with permission. Data were gathered from the respondents composed of 13 school principals, 170 teachers, and 297 fourth year students. Data were treated using frequency counting and simple mean. The study found out that the 13 Diocesan Secondary Schools have highly complied to the provisions along three areas namely: Administration, The School and the Community, and Curriculum; and moderately complied along Faculty, Student Services, Physical Plant, Laboratories, and Library and Audio-Visual Center areas, and have identified strength as well as weaknesses. The study concluded that the 13 Diocesan Secondary Schools have to work out on the identified areas where the level of compliance is weak to be fully compliant to accreditation standards. Furthermore, the Three- Year Strategic Plan can be a great tool to properly prepare the Diocesan Schools for the accreditation assessments.
