The researcher used the descriptive-survey method of research using the survey questionnaire administered to respondents from the 31 barangays of Dagupan City. The study covered the 31 barangays of Dagupan City with eight(8) barangay officials and having a number of 248n respondents and the 62 PNP personnel who are assigned in the different Police Community Precincts in Dagupan City giving a total of 310 respondents. The items in the research instrument were adapted and taken from the manual on Barangay Peacekeeping Operations and Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team published by the Philippine National Police in 2009. After the questionnaires were retrieved, the researcher proceeded to tally, analyze and interpret the results using Frequency counts and Weighted Mean.
