It used the descriptive-survey research design with a questionnaire based on AACCUP Standards for Library accreditation as main data-gathering tool. The respondents of the study were 294 students, 33 faculty members, 5 library staff, and 2 members of the internal assessment team of NLPSC. Data gathered were treated using weighted mean and ranking. The study revealed that NLPSC's compliance with AACCUP Standards was very satisfactory; however, there were identified constraints that needed to be addressed. In view of the findings, a three-year library development plan was crafted, validated by experts, and recommended for adoption and implementation should be adopted for the improvement of the level of compliance of NLPSC to AACUP Standards. | ||
