520			_aThis study determined the level of effectiveness of the Electronic Premium Remittance Systme (EPRS) as well as the problems encountered with regards to registration and utilization by the PhilHealth Employer Engagement Representative (PEER) and by the PhilHealth employees. The descriptive research design by means of a survey questionnaire was used. The respondents comprised of two hundred eighty six (286) PEERs who are employed with businesses/agencies situated in the City of Laoag and thirteen (13) employees of PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) Ilocos Norte.
