520			_aThe study utilized the mixed method of research which includes quantitative research design with the use of survey questionnaire and qualitative research design through interview and document analysis. Survey questionnairesn were answered by the SDDRM team of large secondary schools in the different divisions of Pangasinan. Interviews and document analysis were facilitated to validate the result of the questionnaire. Different statistical treatments comprising of weighted mean and Pearson r moment of correlation in SPSS v 20 were utilized to process the data.
