520 _aCulture marks a character in every person. In every culture is a belief system that enables the person to find meaning in life. The Itawes traditional beliefs such as modung pudural, kantorit are the bases of their concept of eternal life. This research presents the origin and the current situation of the frawer traditional culture. The understanding of eternal life brings the reader to the background of death. For such, death in awes constantly presents a unique element of belief. The researcher presented his papers by following the procedure of "see, judge, and act" method. It also involved the data gathering from libraries. In addition, Church documents, books, journals and insights of other theologians were employed in this paper The Ilawes concept of eternal life plays an important role in understanding the belief and religiosity of the said native group. Moreover, it affects the cultural and sociological dimension of the Itawes in respect of God's creation, appreciation of inculturation in the liturgical celebrations. The customs and beliefs of the low carries a meaning in their attitude and values These constitute the structure of the fewer in forming their religious affairs. The Times concept of eternal life is founded in the orthodoxy of Christian faith. The unique traditional beliefs and rites add to the cognitive and affective life of the people. The teachings of the Church contribute in understanding the relationship of faith and culture in the life of the people Inculturation is one among the structures to appreciate the integration of faith and culture in the Church. A more meaningful celebration of the liturgy brings people to their participation and assimilation of the Lord's death and resurrection. Preservation and promotion of cultural tradition can be considered as as important means of keeping the identity of the Jawes. The Church plays a great role in preserving the traditional culture. The Church engages herself into dialogue and inculturation of the different customs. This is a form of evangelization and keeping the deposit of faith of her congregation. Through inculturation, people can appreciate the richness of their culture and live it out in their religious belief The local Church must strive to bring the Gospel and discover the seed of the Word in their customs and practices. The participation of the Local Church complies with the need of the people. The different commissions that handle culture can be a doorway for the Itawes culture to be purifies in the light of Christian teachings. For the Itawes, this means that their cultural system can be expressed in the light of Christian faith. These are the doors to strengthen the Itawes belief in eternal life.
