This study mainly adopts the method of literature review and questionnaire survey. Firstly, it summarizes the application status of blended learning in the world and China. The influencing factors of student satisfaction in this study were: a. Teaching capacity of teachers; b. Curriculam construction's quality; c.Ease of platform operation; and d Environment supportive to students. The Learning effectiveness was measured according to: a.Habits of study: b.learning knowledge; c. Interpersonal skills, and d.Ability of human-computer interaction. A questionnaire was designed to measure the extent of student satisfaction and the extent of learning achievement, and to explore whether there is a significant correlation between student satisfaction and learning achievement.
