The researcher selected three private universities in Shandong Province for research. Through the form of questionnaire and interview, the researcher investigated the specialists, managers, teachers, and students from four dimensions of teaching idea, curriculum design, classroom teaching management and teaching effect. The differences of perceptions of teaching quality from four types of respondents were compared from four dimensions. Interview was transcribed in research stage at first, and spot checking was done to ensure the accuracy of the transcription. The data were processed using weighted mean, analysis of variance and Scheffe's test. Meanwhile, respondent validation and member checking were also used to confirm the findings. Through the feedback of the four respondents, the problems encountered by teachers in ensuring quality in teaching were found out. According to the results of the survey, the researcher described and discussed the results, and conclusions and recommendation were given. The research results of this dissertation provided valuable policy suggestions for improving teaching quality in Shandong Private Universities.
