This phenomenological study aimed to understand the lived experiences of a Catholic school. The participants are 16 students of Saint Louis College who came from the four (4) vicariates of the Diocese of La Union and who are active in the Parish Youth Ministry. Data gathered using semi-structured interview guide and via zoom generated three (3) main themes; namely, intrapersonal transformation, interpersonal encounters, and nurturing the Catholic faith formation. From the findings, a Youth Integration Model in Nurturing the Catholic Faith Formation of the Youth in the context of the school, and parish was developed. The Model hold that by imbibing the learnings and insights from intrapersonal transformation and interpersonal encounters in the family, school, and parish Catholic faith formation is nurtured. The Model can serve as basis in planning, designing, and implementing curriculum-related programs of the Christian Formation Team of SLC to further strengthen the delivery of Christian Faith Education courses.
