The survey was responded to by the tertiary students, General Education (GE) faculty, Language and Literature faculty and end-users in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra and Urdaneta in Northern Luzon. The study was guided by English's concept of a curriculum map and Tyler's steps in curriculum development Six experts in language and literature instruction who come from prestigious universities and colleges in the Philippines content validated the curriculum map. A questionnaire was used as a tool for the data-base survey, while a content validation scale was utilized in the assessment of the map.
