This study assessed the motivational techniques of school administrators and thier effects on the performance of the public school teachers of Agoo District, Division of La Union during the school year 2016-2017 as basis of proposed enahancement program. It involved one hundred (100) teachers and ten (10) school administrators as respondents. The motivational techniques used by school administrators in enhancing the performance of public school teachers were percieved to be "highly effective".
