The study was conducted to develop a validated Capability Enhancement Framework (CEF) in Mathematics for secondary school Master Teachers based on their level of competence as classroom teacher and instructional leader, their mastery on the subject competencies in Mathematics, and the problems they encountered in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. Following the research and development (R and D) design, data were gathered using a survey questionnaire. Responses of Master Teachers on their level of competence and on the problems they encountered were validated by their immediate supervisors. Means, standard deviation, frequency counts, percentage, rank and T-test were used in the analysis of the data gathered. The CEF was evaluated by nine experts using a rating scale.
