The study assessed the status of the level of implementation of Science, Technology and Engineering Program of the 13 STE Type A Schools in Region I for the School Year 2018-2019 as basis for a Development Plan. It determined the level of implementation of the STE Program in terms of the following dimensions: mode of instruction: manner of science teaching and methods/strategy used; science laboratory facilities and utilization; curriculum; and, National Achievement Test (NAT) result by the STE Learners. The study determined the significant difference of the assessment of STE Science Teachers and Coordinators/Departments Heads on the level of implementation of the STE Program. It also determined the degree of seriousness of the problems encountered by the two groups of respondents in the implementation of STE Program, likewise the significant difference of the assessment of the respondents on the following areas concern: teachers training and preparation, mode of instruction: student-related factors, teacher-related factors and learning environment-related factors, and science laboratory facilities and utilization.
