This study was conducted to analyze the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) performance of the University of Northern Philippines College of Teacher Education (UNP CTE) graduates both at the main campus and the Candon branch from 1996-2000 and its relationship to the academic achievement in three subject components: professional, general education, and major subjects in college. Specifically, it tried to find out the profile of the BSE, BSIE, and BEEd graduates in terms of their average grade in senior high school, score in the UNP College Admission Test, achievement in general education, professional, and major subjects for the past five years, and attendance in the LET review. Levels in their academic achievements and LET performance were also determined.
