The purpose of this mixed method research using concurrent nested (embedded) design was to investigate the relationship between the extent of practice of management skills of school administrators of international schools in Thailand. Data gathered using a questioannaire and documentary analysis were treated using ranking, weighted mean, t-test and t-ratio for r. A total of 200 respondents which composed of staff, teaching staff and administrators answered the questionnaire and 20 participated in the interview.
