This study employed the descriptive-survey design to assess the level of religious formation of the NUSACS teachers describing their current religious knowledge, moral development and liturgical participation and identifying their capabilities and the constraints encountered by the teachers in their religious formation; with questionnaire as the main data gathering tool. The data gathered were treated using frequencies, percentages, weighted means and ranking. This study found out that the level of NUSACS teachers' religious formation as regards to: religious knowledge is good; their moral development is conventional and liturgical participation is moderate. Furthermore, the level of religious formation of the respondents along religious knowledge is generally viewed as capability, similarly with their moral development while liturgical participation is their constraint. Based on the results, a three-year religious formation program was crafted to further form the teachers of NUSACS.
