The data were collected through individual interviews with the Department Head of Religious Education of Saint Louis College High School, the 3 teachers of the said subject, and 16 college students who graduated from Senior High School during the School Years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. The gathered responses were converted into the intelligent verbatim transcript as part of the Repertory Grid. This study produced the Hermeneutic-Pedagogical Theory model for teaching the Philosophy of the Human Person to the Senior High School students, which is developed from the themes
extracted from the responses, namely: Interpretive Understanding, Pedagogical Area, and Interrelationality. The proposed model signifies the approach to teach the subject in a dialogue-oriented, situation-based, and open-ended way to produce a dialogical perspective among the students, the subject teachers, and the Department Head by appropriating the philosophical concepts of the human person with their personal experiences.
